Auto-responder Emails in Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you just a couple of clicks if you are using a Linux hosting from us. You can do this via the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You can pick an e-mail and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and choose the feature in the context menu that will show up. All you need to do is to enter the text that you'll want to be sent as an automated reply and save the modification. You can type in any text you need and updating or disabling the auto-responder function can be just as simple. In the exact same section of the Control Panel you'll be able to keep track of which e-mail accounts have the feature enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you decide to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you will be able to add in an auto-responder for any email address you create from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All email addresses that you've got will be available in alphabetical order in this section and for all of them you'll see a tiny "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the function, click on the icon for a particular e-mail address, type in the message you want people to get as the answer to their emails, then save your changes. You will be able to modify or remove this text whenever you want following the same steps. If you'd like to create an auto-responder to a number of emails, you can select them and include a message to all of them at the same time - a function, which is found in Hepsia and which can help you save a lot of time.
